Shipping & Returns Policy
1. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges can be calculated through our online cart by adding products and entering the delivery postcode.
2. Dispatch and Delivery
- Orders are usually dispatched on the same day before 11:00 AM if products are in stock. Delivery times vary based on location.
- Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specified in writing.
3. Special Orders
- Goods specially ordered must be fully paid for prior to delivery and cannot be returned or exchanged without written approval.
4. Exchange and Refund
- Exchange and refund requests must be made within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be in brand new condition and in the original packaging. Damaged items in transit cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Returns are subject to our return policy, which may include restocking fees. Freight charges are non-refundable.
5. Multiple Shipping Partners
- We utilize multiple shipping partners for some items. Delivery charges are based on size and weight, calculated at checkout.
6. Damaged or Faulty Goods
- If goods are received damaged or broken, contact us within 7 days for a replacement. Photographic evidence of the damaged product may be required.
7. Warranty
- We offer a 12-month warranty on electric products, such as light boxes, for non-man-made faults. All other products come with a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase.
