The product frame/hardware comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects. Custom printed panels, inserts, graphics, artwork, colour matching, spelling, design errors, and printed surfaces are not covered by warranty once approved and produced.

Can I use my own artwork for custom printing?

Yes. You can supply your own artwork for custom printing. After placing your order, please send your print-ready artwork to sales@bizdisplayelite.com.au. We recommend checking the artwork size, bleed, resolution and file format before sending to avoid production delays.

Are the printed panels suitable for outdoor use?

Yes. Our custom printed panels are suitable for outdoor advertising and promotional display. Depending on the product selected, the print may include gloss lamination, UV-resistant finish or weather-resistant corflute panels, making it suitable for storefronts, footpaths, events, cafés, retail shops and real estate signage.

What file format should I send for custom printing?

For the best print quality, we recommend supplying artwork in PDF, AI, EPS or high-resolution JPG/PNG format. Please make sure the artwork is set to the correct print size, with clear images and readable text. If possible, please include bleed and keep important text or logos away from the edges. After placing your order, please send your artwork to sales@bizdisplayelite.com.au.
